Driver Information Center (DIC)
This standard feature helps keep you up to date on various functions of your Cobalt. Located inside the speedometer, it includes the GM Oil Life Monitor and conveys trip information and calculations. You'll also get personalized settings such as door-lock functionality, Remote Keyless Entry preferences and remote start disablement (when equipped). Readouts are available in three languages — English, Spanish and French. |

Head-Curtain Side-Impact Air Bags
Head-curtain side-impact air bags(1) are standard in every Cobalt. Mounted to the roof rail, they are designed to reduce the risk of head injuries to front-seat and outboard rear-seat occupants on the near side of certain side-impact collisions. |

Traction Control
To enhance traction and help keep you going, this feature uses the ABS sensors to automatically detect and act to reduce wheel slip. Get it standard on Sport models. It's available on LS and 1LT when you get the available ABS and automatic transmission and on 2LT with the available automatic transmission. |

Even in vehicles equipped with the Passenger Sensing System, children are safer when properly secured in a rear seat in the appropriate infant, child or booster seat. Never place a rear-facing infant restraint in the front seat of any vehicle equipped with an active air bag. Head-curtain side-impact air bags are designed to help reduce the risk of head and neck injuries to front and rear seat occupants on the near side of certain side-impact collisions.
