Antilock Brake System (ABS) The antilock brake system (ABS) is a crash avoidance feature that helps prevent wheel lock up during braking on most slippery road conditions. ABS is available on LS and 1LT and standard on 2LT and Sport.
	Driver Information Center (DIC) This standard feature helps keep you up to date on various functions of your Cobalt. Located inside the speedometer, it includes the GM Oil Life Monitor and conveys trip information and calculations. You'll also get personalized settings such as door-lock functionality, Remote Keyless Entry preferences and remote start disablement (when equipped). Readouts are available in three languages — English, Spanish and French.
	OnStar OnStar(2) with a one-year Safe & Sound Plan is available when you purchase or lease a Cobalt. An OnStar Advisor is always ready to help in a variety of situations, whether you've locked your keys in the vehicle,(3) have a flat tire or the air bags have deployed.(1) OnStar is standard in 2LT and Sport models and available in 1LT.
	StabiliTrak Electronic Stability Control System Standard and only available on Sport models, the StabiliTrak Electronic Stability Control System improves vehicle stability, particularly during emergency maneuvers.
	Head-Curtain Side-Impact Air Bags Head-curtain side-impact air bags(1) are standard in every Cobalt. Mounted to the roof rail, they are designed to reduce the risk of head injuries to front-seat and outboard rear-seat occupants on the near side of certain side-impact collisions.
	Traction Control To enhance traction and help keep you going, this feature uses the ABS sensors to automatically detect and act to reduce wheel slip. Get it standard on Sport models. It's available on LS and 1LT when you get the available ABS and automatic transmission and on 2LT with the available automatic transmission.
